In the event of unfavorable weather conditions, including but not limited to heavy rain, thunderstorms, high winds, or any other circumstances deemed unsafe by event organizers, the outdoor event may be postponed.
The decision to postpone the event will be made at the discretion of DUPLEX, prioritizing the safety and comfort of attendees and staff.
If the event is postponed due to inclement weather, ticket holders will be notified via email, or through official event communication channels (DUPLEX INSTAGRAM).
Postponed tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date and time of the event, as determined by DUPLEX.
