Terms and Conditions

SUBJECT OF BUSINESS CONDITIONS
The following terms and conditions govern the sale of tickets for cultural events at the Duplex Club via the internet shop duplex.cz operated by Prague Club s.r.o. (hereinafter referred to as “the Operator”) and all contractual customer relationships resulting therefrom. Terms of Business are valid from 1.7.2018.

SALE OF TICKETS
Ticket sales are realized via the internet shop duplex.cz, which offers tickets exclusively in the form of an E-Ticket. An e-ticket is an electronic ticket. Its validity is verified through a unique code identifying the ticket owner when entering the action.

PRICES AND FEES
The ticket price is quoted in CZK including the statutory rate of value added tax. The ticket price given during online sale is final. Current prices of tickets are decided by the operator.

PAYMENT
Tickets can be paid:

Online card – VISA, VISA Electron, MASTERCARD, Maestro and Diners Club cards. It is possible to use cards issued by any banking institution.
PayPal
By bank transfer (available for ticket purchase at least 10 days in advance)

DELIVERY TICKETS
The ticket has the form of an E-Ticket. It is delivered in electronic form in the following ways:

By e-mail to the address the customer filled out during booking.
SMS – the phone number that the customer entered during booking will be sent a URL link that displays the ticket on Smartphone devices.

COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
Paid admissions are not refundable unless otherwise stated for a particular action.
If a particular action is subject to individual cancellation conditions that allow return of the entry fee, the entry fee will be returned to the customer if these conditions are met, but the amount will be deducted by the transaction fee. The amount of the transaction fee depends on the method of payment chosen by the customer when purchasing the ticket. Reimbursement of the admission is possible only by bank transfer (customer must provide bank details).
If the operator terminates the action altogether, the customer who provided the operator with his or her contact (email, telephone) via that contact will be notified that the action is canceled. The operator does not bear any liability to the customer in the event that the customer can not reach the contact in time.
In the event of a cancellation by the operator, the operator will return the ticket only in the amount of the purchased ticket in the following ways: bank transfer (customer must provide bank details) or club (during the club’s operating hours).
